Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the CEO, The executive assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO. The executive assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven. Having the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities is essential in this role. The Executive assistant will be required to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, COO, and boarder executive team including, but not limited to, managing a calendar of appointments, completing and reconciling expense report, composing and preparing correspondence that is confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas.
Works to prepare reports and presentations as requested.
Communicates directly on behalf of the CEO
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO.
Prioritizes conflicting needs: handles matter expeditiously, productively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
Assisting in scheduling meetings and attending meetings as requested. Additionally, coordinates the agenda of senior leadership team meetings, records, and distributes minutes or other records as requested.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Must possess proficient computer, internet, and social media skills.
Other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.

College degree preferred
Strong work Tenure preferred: 2-5 years of experience supporting C-level Executives
