The Administrative Assistant provides support and assists the Bath Fitter Operations Team in the planning and implementation of processes that lead to Manufacturing Operation’s success and efficiency. Retrieves data, compiles reports, coordinates events, and generates meeting summaries and presentations.

Operations Team Support

• Attend and manage meetings; prepare agendas, take real-time minutes and follow-up on action items; provide visibility to the OPS team
• Responsible for managing and organizing files and data
• Support Operations team by creating and proposing Executive-level presentations
• Coordinate, organize and support projects across plants
• Prepare and proofread business communications, including PPT presentations, memos, letters, and emails
• Retrieve and prepare visuals such as dashboards of data such as KPIs; backup Operations Support as needed
• Provide support for Plant ReceptionistProvide support for Plant Receptionist• Coordinate complex, senior-level meetings, trainings, build and sustain relationships with an extensive network of internal and external stakeholders to support team objective
• Coordinates and organize Plant involvement in Community and Internal Events to include organizing and attending splash team meetings; offsite meetings/events during work hours and after work hours• Prepares, processes, and reconciles all expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, etc. with minimal oversight and in accordance with Company policies and procedures• Performing tasks such as but not limited to running company’s errands; Catering meals, preparing snacks, assist room set-up to support training and meetings• Schedule external training for supervisors• Responds to internal and external requests for information and/or clarification in a timely manner• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Community Partnerships

• Act as Plant liaison for strategic external partners, maintaining and developing relationships
• Track and provide visibility on Community Partnership impacts YTD and year-over-year
• Assist in preparation of related internal and external communication, including but not limited to internal Senior Team updates and external partner thank you notes
• Attend Production Meetings to maintain pulse of Plant news, events, needs and leadership to effectively share company’s activities and increase public awareness within our community
• Provide administrative support, such as calendar/schedule management and meeting planning related to partnership needs
• Collaborate with Plant Receptionist Admin to support the planning and coordination of community -related events and fundraisers, including but not limited to volunteer days
• Coordinate guest speakers for community related luncheons and/or represent Bath Fitter at community events• Attend offsite meetings/events during work hours and after work hours• Create reports on charitable activities as requested• Any other related tasks

Miscellaneous Functions

• List and update processes, manage documents and archive them on appropriate platform (the server, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Respond to internal and external requests for information and/or clarification in a timely and accurate manner
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Regular and reliable attendance is a must
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

• Education and/or Experience – An Associate’s Degree preferred; however, an equivalent combination of education and experience or two years of college level courses or significant related experience may substitute for education
