Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Aesthetic Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing support to our operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and have a passion for the aesthetic medicine and wellness industry.
Days would be T/TH to start with occasional Saturdays. Potential to expand to additional days if needed.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued.
-Assist provider with procedures and treatments.
-Assist provider with before and after photos, treatment content, etc.
-Room clients and ensure each room is clean and tidy for the next client.
-Utilize charting software for appointment scheduling and treatment records.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
-Support store management with daily operations as needed such as laundry, shredding, organization, etc.
Qualifications:
-Previous customer service experience a plus
-Understanding and agreement of HIPAA and OSHA
-Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 25 per week
