Kelly is partnered with a premiere client in Springfield, TN! We have 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available in a Climate Controlled Facility! The 1st shift starts at 4:45am or 6am Mon-Fri and are 8-10 hour shifts and the pay is $18 per hour. The 2nd shift options are 12pm-8:30pm, 1pm-9:30pm, and 2pm-10:30pm and they pay $20/hr.
Position Description: Assembles various parts on an assembly line to create a completed functional product using their hands and various air tools that meet or exceed both our customers and the company’s expectations in quality. Operating in a Climate-Controlled building!
QUALIFICATIONS AND BASIC SKILLS:
• Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Ability to stand up for 8 to 10 hour periods at a time.
• At least 6 months manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform assigned tasks on a moving assembly line within the time-restricted breakdown designated for that task.
