What will you do? Safely assemble motor components to standard to ensure the highest quality product for our customers. The Actuator Systems (AS) department typically assembles A/C actuators. Powertrain Cooling (PC) assembles radiator fan shrouds and makes more money per hour!
Where? Work is performed in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility located at 755 Bill Jones Industrial Drive, Springfield, TN 37172.
$$$ Pay is very competitive for the area.
Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift!!
Ability to cross train and grow into other roles after 6 months in role.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
Ability to work 40 hours a week + overtime as necessary.
Electrical component assembly preferred
1+ year of assembly experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as eye protection.
Perform repetitive tasks, bend, or lift heavy objects repeatedly. Able to consistently lift 35 pounds. Stand for long periods of time.
Good hand/eye coordination.
