We seek a skilled and compassionate ABA to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our established team of OTs, PTs, and STs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each child’s unique needs.
Requirements
Conduct assessments and develop ABA therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.
Implement ABA therapy sessions with children, focusing on behavior modification, skill development, and social integration.
Collaborate with other therapists and team members to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s therapy.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to facilitate continuity of care.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
