Key Responsibilities
Client Service

Deliver personalized, proactive service via calls, emails, and in-person interactions

Build strong relationships with clients and internal team members

Identify client needs and refer appropriate services
Account Management

Learn and support financial account processes including account opening and transfers

Process transactions and maintain accurate client records

Prepare required documentation in compliance with firm policies
Administrative & Operational Support

Schedule appointments and manage communications for the financial advisor

Support marketing efforts and execute on the annual business plan

Assist with office operations and continuously improve workflows
Technology Utilization

Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm-specific platforms like MoneyGuide

Adapt quickly to new software and digital processes
