Help Wanted: CAD/CAM Software Application/Support Specialist
We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated CAD/CAM Software Application/Support Specialist to join our innovative team at Striker Systems. As a Software Application/Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and software training to our clients. If you have a passion for technology, excellent CAD skills (with a preference for AutoCAD proficiency), and strong communication abilities, we want to hear from you!
Position: CAD/CAM Software Application/Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to clients, addressing software-related inquiries and issues.
– Conduct online and limited onsite software training sessions for clients and internal team members.
– Collaborate with our development team to identify and report software bugs and issues.
– Assist in the creation of technical documentation (user guides and training videos).
– Stay up to date with the latest software features and updates to provide expert assistance to users.
– Participate in on-site visits to client locations.
– Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless software experience.
Qualifications:
– Strong CAD skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD preferred. SolidWorks experience is a plus.
– CNC programming experience is highly desirable.
– Previous experience in technical support or software training roles is a plus.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Willingness to travel (limited).
