Provides administrative support to the VP Director of Asset Protection and Recovery. Responsible for the control of late and/or delinquent loan accounts and pending late payment reminders. Makes follow up telephone calls on delinquent loan accounts and maintains accurate records on delinquent loan accounts. Optimize collections on accounts while balancing the goodwill of members with the overall business interests of the credit union. Will also support the credit card program collection efforts and serve as Back-Up Courtesy Pay Specialist when needed.
