Fivestar Building Group, located off Memorial Parkway in Springfield, is looking for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include:
• Dispatcher for HVAC & Plumbing calls
• Register newly installed equipment
• Update customer files
• Handles all with incoming calls
• Schedule jobs based on customer and employee schedule
• Email statements to customers
• Follows up on accounts. Applies payments
• Entering invoices into commercial customer portals for submission
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Taking work orders
• Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
• Prefer someone who has dispatching experience, though not required.
Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and writing/grammar.
Hours
• Must be able to work 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday and must have reliable transportation
