Fivestar Building Group is a small, family-owned business located in Robertson County!
We are looking for a full-time Dispatcher/Office Assistant. Duties and responsibilities of the position include:
• Answer incoming calls and assist with dispatching calls to HVAC and Plumbers
• Legibly record customer information over the phone and into the database
• Assist with Accounts Payable reconciliation
• Help with financial reporting
• Facilitate billing/email statements to customers
• Follow up on accounts
• Assist with filing documents and incoming/outgoing mail
• Other duties as assigned


• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prefer someone who has dispatching experience, though not required.

• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

• Must have excellent customer service and excellent communication and writing/grammar.

• Must be able to work 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday and must have reliable transportation
