A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Engineering Assistant will work independently to document processes for multiple work areas in a custom job-shop manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for documenting all relevant production related processes as well as facilitating the implementation of requested changes. A good candidate for this position must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Completion of some college coursework
An educational focus in an area of science/technology
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience designing process workflows in a manufacturing environment
