Responsibilities:

– Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and appointments efficiently.

– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

– Process patient paperwork and ensure accurate documentation.

– Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

– Utilize and accurately.

– Handle insurance verification and billing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

– Proven experience working in a, or similar, healthcare environment.

– Proficiency in using for appointment scheduling and electronic medical records.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Knowledge of procedures.

– Familiarity with basic medical office operations.

– High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
