Fivestar Building Group is seeking a Service Technician with 1+ years of experience in residential work.
Job Duties:
• Working independently in customer’s homes diagnosing, repairing, replacing, maintaining, and starting up HVAC systems
• Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Has good customer service skills and works well with coworkers, supervisors, and residential/commercial customers
• Identify and solve problems that may come up and communicating those with the supervisor
Skills/Qualifications:
• Prefer at least 2 years of experience
• Have a good understanding of heating and cooling systems
• Has reliable transportation
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to follow proper safety techniques
• Has a good attendance record
• Maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower
