Airtech International is seeking a full-time IT System Administrator at our Springfield, TN location to help in maintaining systems hardware and software related to the company’s infrastructure, as well as providing user support. This position will be mixed with SQL report design to provide users with on demand business analysis.

In order to be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to handle the following:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and networks
Overseeing system performance and troubleshooting issues
Performing system upgrades following new releases
Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security
Ensuring high-level security and efficiency, resulting in 99.9% output
Managing Microsoft (MS) Active Directory / MS Azure Active Directory
Managing MS RDP and Citrix
Overseeing MS SQL Server 2014 and later management
Ensuring MS Hyper-V backups and performance to achieve 99.9% uptime
Contacting various support portals to resolve specific issues
Maintaining printers, PCs, handheld scanners, and laptops
Helping users with MS Office365, MS Business Central, and other IT related issues
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in IT administration
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline (Associates degree or certifications and experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelors degree)
Strong communication skills
Time flexibility
Willing to learn new IT technologies and new IT approaches
Cloud computing experience
Basic programming knowledge is a plus (VB.NET, C#.NET, asp.NET, Ajax, JavaScript, and CSS)
