The Member Service Representative (MSR) I serves as a liaison between the member and the credit union at our Pleasant View branch located at 260A Ren Mar Drive, Pleasant View, TN 37146. The MSR I provides account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Professionally handles the members’ daily needs by providing a variety of transactional services to members such as cashing checks, making deposits, loan payments, etc.
Position Details
This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be friendly, dependable, and detail oriented.
