Position Overview
The Member Service Representative (MSR) I – Float serves as a key liaison between our credit union and its members. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional member service, providing information about credit union products and services, and performing routine financial transactions.
As a Float, the MSR I will rotate among our four branch locations as needed (2 in Springfield, 1 in Pleasant View, and 1 in White House) to cover for staff vacations, leaves, and other scheduling needs. The MSR I – Float will be assigned to one branch per day, not multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve members in person and by phone in a courteous and professional manner

Provide information about credit union products and services

Perform a variety of financial transactions including:

Deposits and withdrawals

Cashing checks
-
Processing loan payments
-

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions

Support various branches as scheduled throughout Robertson County
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to pass a background check, including meeting credit standards

Reliable transportation required
