Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Professionally handle the members’ daily financial needs and perform a variety of transactional services for the members. This is a full-time position that works at our Robertson County locations – 2 in Springfield, Pleasant View and White House to provide coverage during peak times, vacations, leaves, appointments, etc. so the credit union can continue to maintain outstanding member service.
