Shift and schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday

Job description:
Responsible for answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Making bank deposits
End of day sales reports
Mileage documentation for all company vehicles
Ordering parts
Keeping inventory of parts & appliances
Advertising on social media
Creating and receiving invoices
Keeping work space clean and organized
Sending and receiving information through text and email
Managing new leads coming through multiple platforms (i.e. google, home adviser)
Basic understanding of computers (MacOS)
Basic understanding of electrical circuits
Proficient in Excel and Quickbooks
Maintain a current driver’s license
