The following are required to be considered:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Management, or Geotechnical), Urban and Regional Planning, Environmental Science, Public Administration, or related field preferred. Three to five years of experience in a similar position.

Licenses or Certifications:
Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license. Ability to obtain TDEC Level 1 certification within one year of appointment and TDEC Level 2 certification within two years of appointment. Be able obtain a Certified Floodplain Manager certification; Stormwater Control Measures (SCM) Inspection and Maintenance and Certified Stormwater Manager (CSM) within four years of appointment.
