POSITION SUMMARY
Front Desk Receptionist that supports the Human Resources Department by assisting in and completing the clerical and administrative duties.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Handles receptionist duties to include mail, switchboard, and assisting visitors.

Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.

Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing and recruitment.

Post and maintain job boards, reviews applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.

Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.

Select applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer them to hiring personnel.

Process temporary employee timecards on a weekly basis.

Conduct employee orientation presentations for all new hires.

Updates company organizational chart and employee picture board.

Helps with company activities/events and various errands.

 

EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED

 

EXPERIENCE

Two to four years related Human Resources’ experience

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, ADP, HRIS, Excel

Valid driver’s license

Notary or ability to obtain within 6 months

Monday – Friday
8:00am- 5:00pm
