Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage daily front desk operations, including handling employee questions and filling in on shifts when needed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products/services effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Upsell services and products to meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and appointments
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and follow-up communications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles
