The Shipping employee is responsible for loading Bath Fitter trucks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive picking slips for route being loaded
• Operate a Forklift
• Stage tubs, walls and all accessories. Etc. doors, trim and any boxes
• Scan all items
• Read and mark all items on picking list and initial
• Check computer for scan accuracy
• Use a computer to enter data
• Place all items on truck, strap and secure
• Turn picking slips into team lead
• Read shipping schedule
• Ensure individual productivity
• Provide support regarding work techniques
• Utilization of Navision
• Operate production machinery, tools, and other equipment
• Work another shift if needed based on needs
• Model the accepted behavior

• Education and/or Experience – Related experience and/or training in a shipping/production environment. Must have demonstrated ability to learn all required duties and responsibilities
• Must be able to lift 10-125 lbs
• Ability to maintain open, direct, positive and objective lines of communication with management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written/email)
• Strong Customer Service Skills: ability to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner with employees, etc.
