As a Software Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and software training to our clients. If you have a passion for technology, excellent CAD skills (with a preference for AutoCAD proficiency), and strong communication abilities, we want to hear from you!
Position: Software Application Specialist
Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to clients, addressing software-related inquiries and issues.
– Conduct comprehensive software training sessions for clients and internal team members.
– Collaborate with our development team to identify and report software bugs and issues.
– Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest software features and updates to provide expert assistance to users.
– Participate in on-site visits to client locations, both nationally and internationally.
– Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless software experience.
Qualifications:
– Strong CAD skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
– Previous experience in technical support or software training roles is highly desirable.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
– Willingness to travel, with international travel likely.
