Shine Pediatric Therapy seeks a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. The Speech and Language Pathologist will be crucial in providing diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy services to children with speech and language disorders or delays. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
Provide direct therapy services to children with a variety of speech and language disorders or delays
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support the child’s progress and maximize outcomes
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support speech and language development at home
Stay current on best practices, research, and trends in the field of speech-language pathology
Participate in team meetings, case management, and professional development activities
Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for certification
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
Knowledge of developmental milestones and evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
