Responsibilities:
- Deliver concierge-level service to all clients, agents and vendors
- Oversight of listing management through closing
- Complete real estate transaction paperwork in a timely, efficient manner
- Ensure all parties in real estate transactions are informed of updates
- Manage calendars and monitor deadlines
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including photography, inspections, showings, walkthroughs, and closings
- Serve as a liaison between the broker and clientele / vendors / other agents
- Manage and refine systems for clients, lead generation & database
- Help get properties ready for viewings and open houses
- Produce and update MLS listings and assist with marketing
- Assist the team in facilitating local events to foster community relationships
- Participate in paid training and education sessions to improve skills
Qualifications:
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and project management abilities
- Must be comfortable interacting with clients and potentials clients via multiple platforms daily
