Tasks and Responsibilities
The Thermoform Team Member is responsible for bending, cutting, inspecting, setting up, forming and trimming acrylic products and packaging acrylic products, using procedures defined in the production manual. Typical tasks include:

Adhere to all Bath Fitter standards, policies and procedures for manufacturing, and follow all safety procedures and protocols.
Sanding and buffing tubs and shower bases
Inspecting, packaging and transporting tubs, testers and shower bases according to – production, quality assurance and packaging standards
Transporting materials, molds, inventory, and/or supplies to work station
Taking precise measurements
Operating production machinery, tools, tow motor, stand up lift, and other equipment
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Job Requirements
High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.
Ability to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy objects multiple times a day.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Demonstrated Skills
Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with colleagues
Attendance and punctuality is required
