Hours need are every other Sunday 8:30am – 3pm
4 shifts Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5pm

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
– Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
– Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
– Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures
– Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred
– Knowledge of animal care and handling techniques
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and scheduling
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Skills:
– Animal husbandry: Understanding of animal nutrition, breeding, and general care practices.
– Veterinary critical care: Knowledge of emergency veterinary procedures and protocols for critical patients.
– Animal handling: Proficiency in safely restraining animals during examinations or treatments.
– Animal care: Ability to provide basic care for animals, including feeding, watering, and administering medication.
– Veterinary: Familiarity with veterinary terminology, procedures, and protocols.
– Medical collection: Experience in collecting payment for medical services rendered.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
